Hey mamas what exercises are y'all doing. I have 8 weeks to go! But I want to start doing some modified workouts. Im just not sure exactly what to do. I used to workout everyday through a program I bought. But it doesnt have modified workouts and I'm finally feeling good enough to do some light exercises.

I'm not big as it is, but I do want to be able to loose baby weight quick so I can fit back into my scrubs for work. I dont want to have to buy new. Im really tall and finding tall scrubs for cheap is hard!
