Hey guys im not happy in need of help

This company i got my kit from they were free i just paid shipping they messed up on my order and they sent me pregnancy tests n then after i received them i went to go take my first pill and the bottle was already open and 3 pills where missing i have emailed them more than once and i havent gotten no response and its been 3 days they usually respond with in a hour
