Miscarriage

Hi, I was supposed to start my period last Wednesday. I knew I was pregnant though I had al the symptoms. I took a pregnancy test and it was positive! I gave it to my husband for Father’s Day we were so excited! Yesterday I went to the bathroom and there was blood in the toilet and also when I whiped........ this has now happened every time I’ve gone to the bathroom since last night..... has this happened to anyone else before? I honestly feel like I started my period:( idk what to do or how I would even track this on my calendar to see when I would ovulate next:(
