So lost

I am just having such a hard time. I got my first BFP in February and had a perfect 8 week ultrasound with a strong heartbeat. There was no longer a heartbeat at the 12 week appt and I had a d&c at 14.5 weeks. I got pregnant again this July and my levels looked perfect but then at my 10 week appt it looked like baby stopped growing around 5 weeks( I was also in a car accident that week) I once again had a d&c. There was no genetic problem with the second baby. now we are ttc yet again and my dr said she wants me on progesterone as soon as I get a BFP but I feel like that won't help since my levels were great last time and this still happened. I just don't know what to do or how to move forward or have any hope :( any tips are greatly appreciated. I'm so sorry this is what connects us all but so thankful for any help
