Pineapples?

Question

I heard pineapples can induce labor. 👀 Is there any truth behind this? I'm just wondering if any of you ate pineapple and it brought on labor? I'm not trying to go into labor any time soon, but I've been drinking a lot of pineapple juice lately and I wanted to know if it's good or bad for me?

A friend told me to get the chemical in pineapple that induced labour you would have to eat something ridicules  like 32 whole pineapples and all the core hard bits at once.
I don't eat pineapple it makes my tongue sore so I'm unsure how true it is never tired it when I wanted labour to start

My doctor laughed at me when I asked about it. She said it won't do anything, you'd have to eat an insane amount to even come close. You'll be fine! Pineapples (and their juices) are really good for you! It helps a lot with digestion. Enjoy!

It's not worth it. Lol it has to be fresh and you have to eat like wayyyy too much and include the core. I love pineapple and ate it for pleasure with my first and got massive heartburn so I couldn't imagine trying to eat enough to go into labor. Go walking!!

I tried pineapple with my first and all it did was make my tongue sore lol. Definitely did not work for me and I ate quite a bit of pineapple.

It takes A LOT of pineapple!! Don't know how much by one won't send you into labor. Your best bet for trying to start labor would be to walk walk walk but then again you'll go into labor when your body is ready.
