Can’t stop worrying

I had 2 chemical pregnancies before my baby boy that was born last year (will be 1 on Saturday!). we are trying again and I have gotten a positive. I’m 11 dpo and this is my test. Are my chances of having a chemical pregnancy lower since the test is so positive? Last time my lines were always so faint. I’m just worried I’m getting my hopes up 😩 I went to the doctor for blood work today but they haven’t called back.
