starting two days ago my nipples are both swollen and look significantly larger than usual, they’re not painful at all, neither my breasts or nipples. What does this mean? I’ve also had consistent headaches waking up each morning. 🤔 I know it’s too early to test but is it too early to have pregnancy symptoms?
