Idk what to do

My 1 year ols has been super grumpy lately he screams and I mean bloody murder if something doesn't go his way. Tonight he screamed and cried for about 3 hours. This is so usual. I don't think its teething he did miss a nap today. I feel like somethings wrong is this normal?
