Possible pregnancy

I missed my period this month. Was in a car accident and got rear ended on the 19th. Me and my boyfriend had sex that night and I bled bright red and it stopped afterwards. On the 22nd I took a test and it was a positive right away. On the 24th we had sex again and the same thing happened. Any ideas what could be going on?
