4/5 cephalic

What does this actually mean?? I’m 39 weeks Friday and my midwife wrote this on my notes that presentation is 4/5 cephallic, AND yes I asked her but she just said baby is in pelvis but I don’t know if that means engaged or not ?! Thought baby would be fully engaged by now tbh
