Contractions??
So about 15 min ago I had this intense cramping pain start in my back and move to my stomach- my stomach went rock hard and nothing I could do made it go away. It lasted about 3 minutes and then went away but hasn’t come back? I’m a FTM and have no idea if it was real? But like way more painful than anything I’ve felt before
