Cramps

Hi! I'm 11 weeks 2 days and I have been experiencing period like cramps for over 24 hours now. This is my second pregnancy and I can't remember ever feeling period like cramps until contractions were starting last time.

Other things going on:

Severe constipation (it's been roughly 5 days since I've had a decent BM)

Morning sickness

Constantly chasing a 1 year old. . .

I've called my Drs office and was advised to stay hydrated and take a warm bath/use a heating bad for relief.

Do you think it could be connected to my constipation?
