Anyone only have 1 egg retrieved, fertilized and BFP?

So I have about 3 Follicles 22mm, 14.5mm and a smaller one about 10mm. I’m going into day 12 of stims and they think in 2 more days I should be ready to trigger.
She says I just need one great one! I need positive thoughts please!!

You can get your BFP for sure but don’t let them wait until day 5. Force a day 3 transfer because by day 5 you may have nothing to transfer! Good luck! I’m pregnant now with a 3 day transfer and only 2 eggs retrieved
