14 day jump roping challenge anyone?!
Hey ladies. Anyone want to join this challenge with me? I'll be starting on June 25. The challenge will be doing 20 mins a day of jumping. This 20 min can be broken up in sessions. Instead of measuring weight loss, we will measure the inches loss off of our hips, waist and stomachs.
