12dpo today and so far having very light dull cramps at lower abdomen that comes and go. I usually have pimple before getting AF but so far so good none of it.

Been having heel pain and pain on the ball of my foot since last week. So far no spotting too. Was sleeping way too early last week than my usual bedtime. Like I KO on the bed while watching tv or using my phone. I tested yest at 11dpo and it was negative.

Had 1 miscarriage and hoping for good news soon. What do you'll think ?
