I had sex yesterday while on my period. My SO came inside of me while we were showering (I bled on him 😒), can I get pregnant from that?

It's really unlikely. Pregnancy is dependent on ovulation and presence of sperm. It isn't impossible that you could ovulation while also on your period but it is highly improbable. Your body under normal circumstances doesn't work that way. Ovulation usually occurs in the middle of your cycle day 12-16 after the first day of you last period. Sperm can survive in the female body for up to 7 days but they loose quite a bit of energy and numbers during that time. If you have a really short cycle, and ovulation on day 5-10 of your cycle, it is a possibility it can lead to pregnancy but it is highly unlikely otherwise.
