Started sleep training?

Anyone started sleep training yet? How’s it going? How old and how much does your baby weigh? I am getting ready to begin the process but I am always hesitant as to when.

Sleep training isn’t recommended until 6 months.

We started tonight! We did it with our first and it was a game changer hen the 4 month regression hit. He weighs 16lbs and we are ditching the swaddle and rocking to sleep.. so this will be fun :)

I have major screwed up I think. Madeline has always fallen asleep with me bed time and nap time she will not sleep without me she can be so tired but the min i put her down she wakes up and cries so hard and I feel so bad because I know she just wants me. I dont know what to do either is there anyway to get them to sleep on there own without being held or nurcing to sleep without the big crocadile tears???? Please help....
