Oversupply or normal??

7 minutes into pumping... I have about 3oz from each breast. This is sleeping from midnight til about 445 am and woke up to pump about 450am. double sided pump

FTM so not sure what is normal and what is “oversupply”. I only pump in the am like this as babe doesn’t wake up (usually) til a little later and I feel the need to pump as my boobs feel sore. Also making a freezer stash when I start work in 2 weeks.
