Leg cramps
I’m 31 weeks today. I know leg cramps are extremely common with pregnancy however I am going on night #4 and have had a total of 10 hours of sleep in those 4 nights because my leg cramps are so severe. When I told my dr at the last appt she said “that’s common” but now I am suffering. I’ve tried eating a banana before bed, I drink a TON of water during the day, I’m active, I take a magnesium supplement, and I stretch before bed. Does anyone have any other secrets? I can’t do another night of no sleep. I feel like a zombie. And please don’t say for me to get used to no sleep-I’m aware-in the meantime, I’d like to sleep though. TIA
