Pooping probs!

My baby is EBF and she was pooping normal until a few weeks ago. She stopped pooping for a week! The doctors told me not to be concerned unless she was acting in pain, had a hard belly, seemed uncomfortable, or wasn’t peeing. She had none of these signs. They told me to try sugar water so I did that and it worked, now she’s gone another 7 days without pooping! I’m just super concerned this isn’t normal. I don’t want my baby not pooping regularly. She still pees often and doesn’t feel uncomfortable but as an EBF baby I feel like she should be going at least twice a day!
