I need help ...I’ve never Been this heavy in my life ....I’m 5”1 and almost 160, my body is feeling it 😔 I’m in pain , my legs my back I hate this I’m trying to loose weight by eating healthy all week but I feel I’m not making progress I’m starting a 30 day challenge I really need your guys positive vibes
