Worried after downs screening

We had our dating scan today and we opted to be screened for downs.  I stupidly spent all night googling it so was already a bit panicked when we went in.  Baby was fine and moving and sonographer didn't say anything negative but again she wasn't been very positive .  She said the NT was 2.6mm which was in normal range but when I asked her if it was high normal she wouldn't say.  she said she could see nose and pointed out but on scan it doesn't look defined and I read this can be anothe indicator.  Am I worrying for no reason?  I'm 28 so not at high risk .
