Mom in delivery room

Okay so I’m a bit torn.. my mom keeps assuming she will be in the delivery room when baby girl comes. I’m not sure if I want her there or not. So if I don’t want her there how do I nicely tell her? Apart of me wants her there because I know she’ll be good support ANNNDDD the petty part of me wants her there because it’s my moms first grandchild and my fiancé’s moms second grandchild and I want my mom to hold and see her before my fiancé’s mom 😅. BUT then another part of me is torn because I kind of want that moment to be special between my fiancé and I and I don’t want my mom to get in the way of him experiencing the labour and delivery (her grabbing baby girl before him, hogging her from him or I, etc). I’m soooo torn!
