Advice: Stepsister Miscarried

My stepsister and I were a few days apart in our pregnancy timeline and she unfortunately miscarried today at 6 weeks. We'd been so excited to be pregnant together and were even thinking about announcing it to our parents together. This is her second early miscarriage in a row and I'm not sure how to go about the rest of my pregnancy or what I can do for her. I know she's happy for me but I just don't want to be insensitive. It's a little easier because we're in different states but I just feel awkward and sad for her. What can I do?
