Mastitis ðŸ˜
FTM here. Noticed a lump and a red spot yesterday with intense pain. I tried to massage it out and use a warm compress but I got a fever of 102 last night and was miserable. On an antibiotic now but I was wondering if there were any other tricks to get rid of this thing. My baby is 3 weeks old and has a good latch. I haven’t pumped yet but I was wondering if I should pump to relieve some pressure. Would love some help bc I am bummin from this pain!
