I'm supposed to start my period today. Yet nothing is happening. I had sex near supposed ovulation.

But I am on the birth control patch.

I'm like bloated and constipated with cramping. Egg white like discharge. Slightly tender nipples.

I don't remember being late for my patch but I had spotting about a week after my last period.

Is this a sign of my period coming or am I pregnant? Or phantom pregnancy?
