Strange disconnected feeling

This is my third pregnancy and I’m not due until the end of February. I always felt like I had this connection right away with my other two pregnancies, like a bond with the baby. I could feel or tell a person was growing in my belly. This time I don’t feel that, I keep actually forgetting that I’m pregnant besides the nausea and sore breasts. I just feel this strange disconnection like no ones there. Has anyone else felt like this before? Was everything ok? I don’t have my first appointment for three more weeks.
