Perfect age gap?

We have a 4 month old son and I can't fathom having another right now, but I just want some words of wisdom and input for the future! What do you think the perfect age gap is and why?

Over 2 but under 3 I say, so they are close but your 2 year old isn't as reliant on you as a one year old x

I have a 21 month old and am due in 2 weeks and it has been hard. He's still in diapers and full of energy and all I want to do is sleep. Maybe 3-4 years

My daughter will be a few days shy of a year when my son will be born. Who knows, they may even share the same birthday. ❤️

I'm not sure the "prefect" age gap. I always wanted my children to be no more than two years apart. I figure get it all out the way...however that didn't happen lol. My son just turned 4 in September and my step daughter will turn 6 in Febuary and I am currently 5 weeks pregnant due in July.

Now that it's all happening it nice to know they'll be in school during the day while I am home with the baby. I think once my son was out of diapers (2) it was safe to have another.

My first child is 2(will be three in March) and I'm currently 4 weeks due July 20 and I'm really happy with that age difference. My sister and I were six years apart and we hated each other till I moved out.

My son will be four and three months when the baby is born. I couldn't be happier. He is so ready to be a big brother, and I've had time to go to school and graduate since he was born. Honestly I couldn't be happier with the age gap :)

My son will be 3 and 3 months when the baby arrives. I think it's perfect because I've been able to thoroughly enjoy his toddlerhood. He'll also still be napping so that will help a little. There will be jealousy but he is such a sweetheart that I think he will be ok. I also have a daughter I adopted. She's almost 6 years older than my son. I loved that age difference because I could really spend a lot more time with my baby and she was able to do more on her own like entertain herself or watch tv or get things for me. She wasn't very jealous. She was also his main source of entertainment for a long time. She could make him laugh as a baby and now they play so much. She will be 9 when my next baby is born so she'll be even more helpful.

My children are 7 1/2 years apart. Ideally, I wanted them 2-3 years apart, but I wouldn't have it any other way now. My son is a big help with his sister. I don't have to ask him to do anything, he just does it. :)
