narcassist & abuse

hello ladies, this might be a long post but please bare with me I have so much to say & REALLY need advice.

my OH is a gambling addict and also smokes Marijuana.

my OH is awful with our 12 month old twins. he doesn't do anything with them. he's always calling me fat, says no one will ever want me and that I'm draining. he's shouts at me infront of the girls all the time. I've broken down crying loads of times because I've just had enough and he has got his phone out and recorded me 'he says he will show everyone how much of a crazy lady I am.. (I can assure you I'm 100% not) i love my babies and put them before him ANY DAY. he says that I should put him before the girls.

after a long day of looking after them he comes home and will take photos of dishes and ask me what have I done all day and that I'm lazy. I don't do anything etc.

he has tried to turn all my friends against me so I have no one..

he's always nit picking at me e.g this is some of the things he says -

my ex cooked me food, you don't. MY ex did this for me blah blah blah.

you make me so miserable I don't even want to come home

you wanted kids not me.

I'm loosing weight because I hardly eat anything.. 'I'm always trying to make him food!

he will say that I'm a mess and that the girls deserve better than me.. (I'm a normal woman that loves her babies)

he's never bought anything for the twins ever. nothing

he's always asking for money when he works and earns 4times as much as me..

he has no bills to pay. I do.

he's grabbed me and picked me up and locked me out the house so many times. he's told everyone I've been abusive to him (never)

he never has a good word to say about me.

it's my girls first birthday tomorrow and mine also- my partner has always ruined any event that has taken place e,g Christmas, MY sister's wedding, previous birthdays. I'm dreading it.

he's honestly made out that I'm a narcassist to all of his family when I haven't done anything wrong. he tells everyone IM abusing him..?!!!

I've tried leaving so many times but he says he will make my life hell.

what do I do?!
