Orgasms , I'm not sure I've ever had one

Ok , I'm really confused about my body and I'm 20yrs old I should know this stuff lol. But I'm not sure if I had an orgasm before. I can literally go forever I've never had that point to where it's like OMG I can't do it anymore unless it's from pain. But my thing is I can squirt and I'm told that that is an orgasm but in all honesty squirting just feels like I've been holding my pee for like 36hrs and I finally let it out it's a relieving feeling but it's not the mind blowing body convolsing screaming Bloody Mary orgasm that I imagined it would be. So my question is to my ladies what do you feel like when your having an orgasm would could I tell my partner to do to increase my chances of having one. Sex feels awesome but I'm never fully satisfied from it.
