Vomiting

Hello ladies , so Has anyone been eating and while eating had to run to the bathroom to throw up?!!!!

I got hungry and made me something to eat and when i'm about done with my food I felt this disgust feeling and nausea so I ran to the bathroom bcus I just KNEWWWW I HAD TO THROW UP!!! and I did like everything I ate I threw up!

Please give me advice of what it might be.

also my period is late and I had like a little cramp earlier today but it was barely there..
