Liletta Help Plz

I’ve had an IUD before Mirena to be exact for 5 yrs. got it removed surgically it was embedded. I just got Liletta in February, me & my fiancé were able to feel the strings but we can’t anymore. Haven’t been able to for a month almost two.

Past week I’ve been feeling nauseous, dizzy & having pain on both sides of my abdomen. I have an appointment July 8th with my obgyn

Now i feel nauseous, weak, dizzy. I ate. I hydrated. But the pain in my abdomen are harsh. Should i say screw it & go to the ER? I’ve been avoiding hospitals, i don’t wanna be tested for COVID especially if i know that’s not what it is.

I’m worried my IUD might’ve shifted.
