IUD and period

So I go my iud in during my period. Which makes it effective immediately. I also took my bc pills too with it this month to help with spotting. I use condoms all the time as well. There will be a time where my SO will stick it in me (clean) and then take it out and put a condom on. Anyways, my period hasn’t started and I know some people get absent periods with the hormonal iud. I need to know what people suggest. Then is no way I could be pregnant but it’s a concern.
