Should I expose my friend who had plastic surgery?

So I'm not super close with her but she went to high school with me. She now has a boyfriend etc but never disclose the fact that she had plastic surgery to any new friends she has.

She doesn't talk about her surgery at all. She is asian and I remember and even from pictures in high school she has no eyelid fold.

But now suddenly she has double eyelid which can only be done by plastic surgery. Should I tell people that she is not as natural as she is?
