Toddler sleeping help

My 2 near 3 year old occasionally wakes up screaming and would scream more if I touch her or talk to her to try calm her down, even if I move in bed (she sleeps in my bed with me) she would would wake up screaming and shouting “No!”

I don’t know what to...there have been some changes I suppose With lockdown, potty training and sibling on the way so I don’t know if that contributes.

Great relationship with everyone so I don’t know what’s going on...any advice?
