Some spotting still normal?

I’m 13 weeks PP and I fully stopped bleeding around 7 weeks. Well the past 2 days I have been slightly spotting. It’s barely anything but I noticed it on my underwear yesterday and it stopped, but today my husband and I had sex and he noticed it after. I got my IUD (copper) inserted almost 3 weeks ago and I only bled a couple of days from that. Haven’t started my period yet either.

Thoughts on what it could be?
