Anyone experience this?

I got my IUD (mirena) removed. And I instantly got a period. I’m ttc and have been active. I’m suppose to start my period on July 4th. I’ve been feeling weird. Super tired all the time, peeing constantly, moody, body aches, and cramps. I don’t know if it is because I’m pregnant or because of the IUD removal. I have taken one pregnancy test and it was negative but I’m not sure if my dates for period and ovulation is correct since I have only had one period since the removal. Has anyone else gone through something similar??
