7 month old waking up at night

My 7 month old has been waking up at night at around 3ish or 4am cranky and when I feed him he does go back to sleep , he hasn’t done this since he was 5 months old he typically sleeps through the night, could this be a growth spurt? I have also noticed during the day he fuzzes a lot to finish his bottle which he has never done never he always finishes fast and wants more but this past week nope very different I notice

Could it be due to teething also?
