Failed 3 Hour Glucose Test

So I just found out I failed the 3 hour test, and to say I'm upset is an understatement. I barely failed the 1 hr (140), but failed the 2nd and 4th draw in the 3 hour. I'm not the healthiest eater in the world, but also not the worst. I don't drink sugary drinks or candy, and don't eat a ton of carbs beyond whole wheat bread.

Anyone really shocked by their diagnosis? How did you handle it? I've been really depressed this pregnancy anyway, and now I just feel miserable and guilty. Dont know how I'm going to get through these last few months.
