What to eat before glucose test

I have my glucose test tomorrow at 10:30. I ended up failing the 1 hour with my first daughter because I drank OJ before the test 🤦🏼‍♀️. I pasted the 1 hour with my second daughter but I fasted and had an early appointment time. This time they said I don’t have to fast so I’m not sure what to eat for breakfast. I know if I don’t eat anything I’ll be starving by the appointment.

I had some scrambled eggs, a glass of water and a handful of cashews. I passed with flying colours, which I was very surprised about because my levels were pre-diabetic before falling pregnant

Protein.  I just ate 2 eggs before I drank the drink.  The first time I ate a bagel & didn’t realize that was bad🤦🏻‍♀️ So instead of risking failing & having to do the 3-hour, I drank the sugary drink again a few days later.  Good luck!
