4 positive smiley faces in a row ??

Ok so I had a d and c on October 15. I wasn't far along diagnosed with blighted ovum was only 8 weeks at d and c but sac measured 6. Doctor cleared us to have sex 2 weeks after. We were drunk when we did it the first time and he didn't pull out. We had sex a few times after but he most likely pulled out in time .  10 days later I got pink spotting . I then thought maybe it was period or ovulation so i took an ovulation test . It was positive . I took 3 more over the course of three days and they are all solid smiley faces . I'm now a month post d and c and am super confused . I thought the pink spotting was maybe implantation then put it in as my period in the glow . Then o get the smiley faces but they keep on coming. Is it possible I still have hormones ? My highest HCG before d and c was only 5,000.
