Middle names for Theodore?

Hi all! We're having the hardest time picking a middle name for our boy! Twin B is Fiona Hope. Our contenders are:
Theodore Alexander
Theodore Gene (Gene is a family name)
Theodore Phoenix
I think we're running out of ideas though! And now I'm on hospital bed rest at 32 weeks and thinking we need to nail this down 😂😂😂
Any other suggestions? TIA!!!!

Our first kiddo is Theodore James ❤️
I like Theodore Gene.  I think one syllable middle names sound good since Theodore has three syllables.  Great name!

I like Gene but for some reason my immediate combo that came to mind was Theodore Riley

I would replace Gene with Gray.
First letter can still mean honoring someone in the family’s name without giving them an outdated middle name.

We're also naming our son Theodore and we're stuck on a middle name too! From your choices, I like Gene the most!
I like Theodore James (fiancé doesn't like it), and I havent found anything I like so he might end up not having a middle name lol

If you can’t decide then I would go with the one that’s a family name and will mean something to you. But that’s just my opinion all the names are cute!
