Breast nodules and cardiologist

Hi everyone! I had my 26wk check up today and noted to my OB the ripple effect I felt in my left breast. So she did a breast exam and reveled some nodules and said I could have developed nodule breast due to pregnancy. Has anyone experienced this? I’m set for an ultrasound of my breast next week.

Also, though your heart rate increases with pregnancy mine has been a bit higher than normal. For example 118+ resting. I also have an episode of tachycardia almost every day but only for a few seconds. So my OB is referring me to a cardiologist. Has anyone experienced this too?

I guess I’m just looking for some peace of mind, and that I’m not alone.
