What to watch for?

My adorable toddler has been on an absolute rampage the last few days. We were just laying down for a nap when my husband called. As I answered, my little one did a full blown trust fall onto my belly. She’s 26 lbs and it wasn’t as painful as I would have expected but, I’m having mild cramping. What should I be watching for? Bleeding, movement, worse cramps? My little girl seems to be kicking every few minutes, which is reassuring. Of course, I just read a story today in my NICU support group of a mom who had this exact same thing happen at my exact gestation so it’s got me more paranoid than usual. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I really don’t want to risk exposure at the hospital if it’s not necessary. Anyone with similar experiences that can share what to look out for that would warrant a hospital visit?

ETA: I have a call in for the after hours nurse at my OB already. They can take up to two hours if it’s not an emergency.
