Diets & Weight Loss

I am currently 15st 8lbs and I am severely out of my healthy weight class. I would like to get down to at least 9st and I was wondering if there were any diets and effective excersises that could help me with this.

I know dieting can be bad but I was wondering how some celebrities can put on and lose weight so fast for movies.

I want a summer glow up and right now, I don't feel confident in my skin. I know losing weight probably won't make me immediately confident but I think I'd just feel healthier if I did. Thanks. X
