The highest high to the lowest low- miscarriage...what now?

Absolutely heartbroken. My beta hCG wasn’t doubling properly (215 to 318 in 48 hours)and just found out they are now decreasing (208 to 109) and I am bleeding and losing my baby. I am 6 weeks. We had been trying for exactly one year and dealing with infertility and then it finally happens and gets taken away. I’m just so heartbroken and don’t know what to do. We were going about to see a fertility specialist and then I got pregnant so I guess that will be our next step. What should I expect? Heavy bleeding? When will this usually happen? When can we try again? I just feel absolutely heartbroken and lost. I go from the absolute most excited in my life and surprised my husband on Fathers Day to absolutely devastated.
