Pregnancy

Before I start there is a possible chance of pregnancy. I had sex during my fertility window. Today my period is atleast 2 days late. I haven’t been getting any symptoms at all except for cramping here and there. I took 2 pregnancy test on Wednesday and there was a very faint line. Then I took one yesterday and it was negative. Sometimes when I pee and wipe there’s a little blood but non would be in my underwear only when I wipe though.

What could all of this mean?
