TMI: Bathroom issues

I have been having diarrhea since yesterday morning and has become more so liquid then anything at this point since my stomach has nothing in it. I had this before at beginning of my second trimester, I am now 28w + 2d. When do you know if this is pregnancy related or a viral stomach bug? I feel fine otherwise just some cramping in my bowels during the episode and just feel drained from not holding anything in. Any advice would be great!
