HOSPITAL JUST DOESN'T CARE!!! PLEASE HELP?

So

Hi,

So I'm just after advice, I know nobody on here is a medical professional but my hospital just doesn't care!

I'm on my 6th pregnancy after having 3 previous miscarried the last one only being in May. I had 1 period in between the miscarriage and this pregnancy. I found out two days ago but wasn't due on my period until today. I've taken a number of tests that's have all come up positive. Yesterday I tried to get up out of bed and had a very sharp stabbing pain in my lower right abdomen under my belly button. Yesterday I was taking paracetamol every 4 hours and I've woke up to the same again this morning. I have never had pain like this in my previous pregnancys even before miscarriages. I've rang my local hospital and they have said 'it's my body preparing its self for a period, most women get a period between 4 and 6 weeks even after a positive pregnancy test, there is nothing we can do until 6 weeks, your too early for it to be ectopic' I'm roughly 4 weeks but the NHS website states it can happen from 4 weeks?? I've had a little bit of pain in my shoulder tip but not sure if it is related as I do sometimes sleep funny. Can anybody shed any advice as to what this could be please? It's literally like somebody is stabbing me down there! Thank you.
