Not tweaked and I still see it!

Feel like I’m going nuts, frer isn’t showing anything took one of these cheapies yesterday and thought I saw something so got more and I see something even more today. Af currently 13 days late but I keep having spotting on and off throughout the day which is super annoying. But only see it when I wipe. I shouldn’t be late at all because I take medication to start my period every month. Feel like giving up but these vvfl are giving me hope. Maybe false hope? Idk 😐
